Does your company produce a product that it uses internally? If so, have you written your own case study?
Some of the largest technology companies are certainly users of their own products. And many have produced case studies, white papers, and other resources about the implementations, the value gained, and the lessons learned.
The idea behind this content: Sharing realistic experience and advice that can be beneficial to customers.
Here are some sites to explore if internal stories would be suitable for promoting your company's products and services:
Cisco Systems: Cisco IT at Work (Disclosure: Cisco is a client and I have written a substantial amount of content for this subsite.)Intel: IT@Intel
Microsoft: Microsoft IT ShowcaseWhat materials and techniques have you used to share your company's product experience with customers and prospects?
Thanks for the positive feedback Mark. I wasn't involved with the data center video scripts, so I don't know how they were written.

Janice - a comment on the Cisco IT at Work site.
I spent many long hours in data centers with Cisco kit - so the Richardson 9 building videos were of considerable interest.
Did you or other copywriters work with the presenters on their video scripts? What I've seen so far is polished and professional.
